In the current business world, many business organizations tend to apply both manual and automatic business activities, especially during the production and service provision processes. In most cases, discussion on technology has resulted into a new effective way that relates to management, algorithm is the primary concept that explains the relationship between human beings and computer in workplaces(Gibbs, 2017). Human Algorithm The human-based genetic algorithm is a genetic algorithm that allows humans to contribute relevant solution relating to evolutionary process. The algorithm has the human interface that allows the initialization as well as the selective evaluation. The human-based genetic algorithm are known to be instruction for solving specific issues in an organization as well as completing task relating to organizational task. Self-learning and self-programming algorithms are currently emerging to be part of strategic management approach of an organization. Strategic management approach uses humans to be used to provide functions that could be performed by computers(Avrahami, et al., 2018). However, humans are using computer algorithms to make their work easier, but sometimes the computer may fail in workplaces demanding staff members to perform the essentials roles that could have been played by the computers. Many business organizations are working towards maintaining their reputation by ensuring that they provide essential technology elements to employees in their work place. Therefore, human algorithm approaches need to be well-design in order to meet the organizational demands, they should be design to ensure effective decision making process that relates to organizational goals and objectives(Herd, 2017). Additionally, technology in work places in relation to human algorithms takes the assumptions of creating favorable working environment for the employees. This is by allowing employees to have interaction between themselves and their top managers, the social media algorithms provide platform for all organizational members to interact and discuss issues relating to organizational operations. In order to provide effective human algorithm, the top organization management require to comply with human resource department who are concerned with the workplace and its operations(Katsikeas, 2018). Analyzing use activity Analyzing user activity is a strategic management that allows the organization to have an understanding about the ongoing business activities. It allows the organizations management to have an insight view about how certain data could be handle and analyze in decisional making process. The process of analyzing user activity allows the evaluation of big data that relating to large business operations. The analysis relating user activity is basically a pertinent measure which relevant in economic enhancement, especially for commercial purpose. The present business environment allows the companies to analyze the data for each and every stakeholder. The analysis of user activities is also relevant in comprehending the departmental activities in relation to promotion of cost effective production and operational business activities(Ocasio, et al., 2018). The scheduling algorithm is fundamental in addressing arising issues in ab organization(Barley, 2017). This algorithm, takes into account the departmental decisions which does not affect the operation of the organization. The generated ideas applied in short term scheduling algorithm could be used in general organizational processes and decisional making procedures(Wensveen, 2018) . Long-Term scheduling algorithm is essential management approached advanced from the short term algorithm. It is a trending business approach that is applied by business organization with the objective of remaining reputable in their market industries. The long term algorithm takes into consideration involvement of top organizational management in decision making. The ideas that works well in organizational departments are used to provide significant information used in organizational decisional procedures. The long-term algorithm limits the degree of multi-tasking as it prevents slow performance in the organization. Therefore, the combination of short-term and long-term algorithm are considered to be primary elements which are applied to enhance sustainable business development and growth with regards to effective course of actions that are taken into account by the management(Shakya Owusu, 2018). Communication is pragmatic component that implies passing information from one person to another one. With the help of technology, organizational employees with the management have develop organizational behavior which has promoted effective business operations.
